Well, This last week I had been doing pretty good. I have been going with 6 meals of 300 calories or less. I had gotten through monday, tuesday, wednesday… I went to the gym everyday… then Thursday came, we went to Bostons for a co-workers last day… Well I had like 5 beers, some appetizers. Then afterward, got a call from the roommate, we headed to BW3’s for some more beers and winggies… ughhhh so that must have been at least 2000 calories in an evening :(

Then Friday, did good all day, skipped a workout, then went to friends place ordered a pizza… I pigged out on that too!

Saturday helped a friend move, pigged out and drank all day!

I see where I got so fat! I had/have no self control when it comes to eating with friends! I need to simply not answer my phone, Monday -Thursday this week! But UGHHHHhhh I am heading up fishing this weekend, soooo lots of beers lots of bad food… My goal is to hopefully not have a repeat of this last weekend!

I am hoping though to do a little weigh in on this thursday to see where my current weight stands and post some pics.

Well it has been a month and I am happy to report that I have been regularly going to a gym.

I signed up for snap fitness and it is awesome!

I go there almost 3 times a week and once on the weekends, I am up to 40 minutes of cardio and hit the weight machines regularly.

Now my biggest issue,  working on my belly regularly and dieting.

This next week I am going to start the calorie counting and lots and lots of situps.
