Well this weekend has been a little rough, my workout partner left the country!
Gina K has been the one that has been asking “Are yah going? Are yah going ???” That has been pretty cool. When I first started, I was like, hmmm I think I will go hopefully a couple times a week. Now when I leave for the day, everyday, I expect to go and work out!
UGhghhhhh This last weekend really really really pissed me off… Started Friday night, I was doing good and had a chicken wrap, and then I washed down quite a few beers for Brent’s going away party, then me and Jeremy had a cake eating contest… I had 4 pieces! WTF was I thinking???
Saturday morning, went to Mac and Don’s for breakfast burritos, then helped maynard move, had a couple brownies, then went to Kritz’s, he ordered Pizza Hut Tascani pasta, breadsticks, a couple beers, then I went to Teters, for a couple beers and burger and pasta, cheese, crackers and desert. Went to a movie and had some popcorn and soda. Went to Uno’s had appetizers and Pizza! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How could I do that to myself??? it is absolutely rediculous! I have to learn to say no!
First thing Sunday morning I was at snatch, had a really good workout, tonight I went to snatch… had a really good workout, tomorrow I expect to go to snatch… and take Wednesday off.
Thursday my workout partner is back and I have to fess up to what I ate this last weekend, I am not looking forward to that!
On a brighter side, everyone I saw Friday said I was looking better, firmer, toner… I had to tell them I hadn’t really lost any weight, they reminded me that Muscle weighs more than fat and that is probably why.
I told Kelly and Jon that my goal was to lose 30 lbs by their wedding, they were happy!
